PHENIX always offers free next business day shipping to California patients.
We have an order minimum of $69 after all discounts are applied. Saturday delivery requires a minimum order of $150 after all discounts are applied.

Our cut-off time for next business day delivery is 5pm
Orders placed anytime after 5pm on Monday-Thursday will arrive the following business day.
Orders placed during the weekend (Friday after 3pm- Sunday) will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
If you submit an order totalling $150 or more after all discounts are applied on Friday before 3pm, we will deliver it on Saturday for free. Orders placed on Friday totalling less than $150 after all discounts are applied will be shipped out Monday.
Certain remote locations do not have the option of Saturday delivery, and we will contact you if this is the case.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Shipments usually arrive between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., but delivery may be later or earlier depending on the routing the drivers use. Packages arriving very early in the morning will generally be placed at your door without a knock. At other times of the day, the delivery driver will knock, or leave the package in an area you specified on the order. Any orders placed after 5p.m. will be shipped the next day (or after the weekend, see above), but we cannot guarantee your order will arrive the following day.

PHENIX will be closed on January 1st, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and December 25th. Deliveries that might normally take place on those days will be delayed to the following business day. Orders placed on these holidays may also be delayed by one business day in their arrival.
